Customer Satisfaction is our number 1 priority, but if you are not satisfied, We accept returns.

You can receive a refund on all products except those marked “store credit only” or “sale”. Sale items may be returned for store credit only.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.

Return/Exchange Policy

We will accept returns or exchanges within 15 days from the day the item was received any return or exchange after 15 days will be refused. we will refund the amount paid – minus a restocking fee & minus the original shipping cost.

If you receive a dress that doesn’t fit, please notify us immediately and we will do everything in our power to get you the size that will work for you Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit.

You must request a return authorization number from us within 15 days after receiving your order.

All Dresses are fully inspected before exchanges or refunds are issued. The item must be in the original condition with the tags attached to the dress.

No items will be accepted that have been worn, soiled, flawed, smell of cigarettes, perfume, other odors or are covered with animal hair. If your item does not pass the inspection, item will be returned to buyer at buyer’s expense.
